YB 4103 specifies the size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of welded steel tubes for heat exchangers. YB 4103 is suitable for manufacturing steel tubes for heat exchangers, condensers and similar heat transfer equipments with temperature ranging from -19℃ to 475℃ and design pressure not more than 6.4MPa.
YB 4103规定了换热器用焊接钢管的尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。YB 4103适用于温度在-19℃~475℃，设计压力不大于6.4MPa的换热器、冷凝器及类似传热设备用钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot-finished or cold-finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: hot-finished tubes need not be heat treated. Cold finished tubes shall be heat treated by normalising condition.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition analysis, tensile test, flattening test, flaring test, bending test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; and so on.
