YB 4102 specifies the size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate of electric welded steel pipes for low and medium pressure boilers. YB 4102 is suitable to the manufacture of high quality carbon structural steel pipes for various structures of low pressure boilers, medium pressure boilers and locomotive boilers.
YB 4102规定了低压和中压锅炉用电焊钢管的尺寸、外形、重量、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、包装、标志和质量证明书。YB 4102适用于制造各种结构低压和中压锅炉及机车锅炉用优质碳素结构钢钢管。

Manufacture: tubes shall be made by the seamless process and shall be either hot-finished or cold-finished, as specified.
Heat Treatment: hot-finished tubes need not be heat treated. Cold finished tubes shall be heat treated by normalising condition.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition analysis, tensile test, flattening test, flaring test, bending test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check.

Length: 5800mm; 6000mm; 6096mm; 7315mm; 11800mm; and so on.
