EN 10297-1 specifies the technical delivery conditions for seamless circular tubes made of non-alloy and alloy steels for mechanical and general engineering purposes.
Manufacture: tubes to EN 10297-1 shall be manufactured by a seamless process.
Heat Treatment: the tubes shall be supplied in normalising (+N) delivery condition.
Inspection & Test: chemistry composition analysis, tensile test, flattening test, NDT, surface inspection and dimension check. Option: impact test, hardness test.
Length: 4000mm; 5800mm; 6000mm; 11000mm; and so on.
Max developed length: 16 meters, cutting process can be provided.
